Lawrence is a great guy who is genuine, which is tough to find these days. He offers very fair prices. Knowing the fixed costs upfront was good. Lawrence was the real estate agent for the sale of my apartment and everything went seamlessly from advertisement to handing over of the keys.

I've been using GoGecko Inner North as my property managers for my two rental properties in Brisbane and they have been amazing for me over the past 6 years. I decided to sell my apartment through them in Nundah and Lawrence was excellent and made everything run smoothly. He liaised with the tenants, arranged all the marketing and photos and was communicative throughout the selling process. He had the property under contract less than 5 days after it officially hit the market! I will continue to use them as my Property Managers but also recommend their services for selling your property - the fixed price commission is an added bonus.

First time selling a house and Lawrence and the team made the process super simple. The urgency to sell my house fast because I was buying elsewhere was critical. The photos were fantastic, and when my first offer fell through I had another buyer in days! Plenty of other big sleazy real estates approached me while my house was for sale and there is no need to fall for their antics. Go Gecko got it done!
